Semester at Sea Study Abroad With the world as its classroom and more than 50 years of experience, Semester at Sea integrates multiple-country study, interdisciplinary coursework, and hands-on field experience for meaningful engagement in the global community. The Institute for Shipboard Education (ISE) is a private, 501 (c) (3) educational non-profit that administers the Semester at Sea® program. Located in Fort Collins, Colorado, ISE is staffed by professionals who manage voyage operations and hire faculty and staff who deliver our academic program aboard our ship, the MV World Odyssey. Because Semester at Sea can help me acquire more knowledge and skills about these factors, it would become a better contribution to my academic goals and perspectives. In general, I can say that Semester at Sea could help me understand everything that is beyond my reach because it caters awareness and acquisition that are important to its students.
